We’re proud to employ full-time tradespeople, apprentices, labourers, site managers, construction managers, quantity surveyors, office administrators – a close-knit family of around 70 people. That’s the right size to be responsive and get your job done. When we don’t have the expertise in-house we engage subcontractors, many of whom have been part of the Hanham & Philp team for many years.
Where possible we join projects early, at the design stage, to ensure that a range of construction techniques have been considered and to offer related pricing options. Our early involvement can bring the entire project to a swifter conclusion and save our clients money. Maybe that’s the reason our team enjoys repeat business opportunities?
