This purpose built 5285m2 office complex is tenanted by the IRD/MSD.
First impressions of this building are a building that could just as comfortably sit in Silicon Valley. The fitout was designed by the same Architect to compliment this image. . The main contract was for the overall building for the landlord, with the fitout contract being undertaken for the tenant.
Included in this project was the refurbishment of an existing building including an extension and building works to the outdoor play areas. The interior was then fully refurbished to provide a number of alternative learning areas and administration.
Part of the refurbishment of the Pioneer Leisure Centre for the CCC saw the old squash courts demolished a new second level floor put through and the squash court timber floor reused. Refurbishment carried out to fitness centre and the spin room.
Extensive fitout across two three storey buildings for the one tenant, a combined area of 7118m2. Hanham & Philp constructed the base building and there were many economies achieved in value and time with the fitout able to be started and overlap the main building completion.
An internationally recognised coffee outlet requiring a highly detailed fitout to meet specific branding requirements. Hanham & Philp have completed other fitout work for the same client, Restaurant Brands, at their Riccarton Mall outlet.
The German design excellence in the main building reflects through to the European design of the building interior. A world class facility designed to show off the very best of the Audi brand of automobile. The fitout blended with the main building construction and took place while the Client’s business remained operational.
Designed to project the character and brand of a large corporate occupant, the fitout is to a very high specification and compliant with a Five Green Star rating to compliment the office building’s achieved rating.
