92 Russley Road – Unit D, Airport Business Park, Christchurch

This 3450m² office complex was built as a result of demand post-earthquake in the good gravels to the West of the city near the airport. The building is designed to the Wellington seismic code and IL3 (Importance Level 3), both higher than the current build requirement in Christchurch. Hanham & Philp were engaged to complete tenant fitouts for Ryman Healthcare, IAG, a law firm, hairdresser and restaurant.
