Solid Energy Building. Designed to project the character and brand of a large corporate occupant, this monumental high specification and energy efficient Five Green Star office building is the seventh building constructed by Hanham & Philp Contractors in Christchurch’s prestigious Show Place Office Park.
Standing four storeys tall and at 3720m2, this building resulted in the Company being awarded the 2009 RMB Canterbury Commercial Builder of the Year 2009.
