92 Russley Road – Unit E, Airport Business Park, Christchurch

Completed 2012, this purpose built 5285m² office complex is tenanted by the IRD/MSD and was the result of the need to quickly relocate these large Government Departments to a secure site in the good gravels to the West of the city near the airport. Hanham & Philp were engaged to complete tenant fitouts in conjunction with the landlord’s base build to enable an earlier possession date for the tenants. A two level 115 carpark building was also constructed in conjunction with Unit E.
