Archibalds Showroom, Christchurch

Archibalds Showroom, Christchurch

This was a negotiated contract with the same owner of the Audi Terminal building a few years back and sits alongside to house the Volvo, Land Rover, Jaguar and Porsche brands of vehicle. A real challenge was the build taking place after the 2011 Christchurch earthquake and the requirement to make the building adaptable to not only that of a vehicle showroom and service centre, but because the building was within the newly formed “medical precinct” it might have to become office space possibly aligned with the Hospital which is in close proximity.
