Complete rebuild of existing Big Fresh centre previously built by Hanham & Philp Contractors. Included stage one food court and pharmacy business on Madras Street side, along with the brand new Countdown supermarket and fitout of Burger King.

Hanham & Philp have been involved in the new construction of a number of supermarkets for the same Client including Colombo Street, Kaiapoi and Ashburton. The Company has also undertaken refurbishment work for Countdown Palms, Northwood and Colombo Street.
